At Flexo Wash we are monitoring the situation with COVID-19 closely.
We will continue to serve our customers while respecting the recommendations from health authorities. As a supplier to the global food and pharmaceutical packaging industry (“Converted Paper Product Manufacturing” segment), Flexo Wash is an essential business and we need to be open to support our customers.
We are constantly monitoring and abiding by the ever-changing recommendations and guidelines for traveling and organizational behavior.
At this point we have no interruptions in our production or supply chain. If the situation continues over a longer period, or continues to escalate more, there is a risk of delayed deliveries to our warehouse. This may have an effect on our delivery times.
We will inform you further if we get any indications of such interruptions!
Internally, we are taking measures to prevent a potential spread of COVID-19 among colleagues and hope to minimize the impact of the virus.
Flexo Wash serves converters and printers in the Narrow Web, Wide Web and Gravure industries, which translates into meeting many different production needs across a wide spectrum. One commonality is the need to be as efficient as possible while keeping their quality optimal and production on target.
Flexo Wash President Patrick Potter realized this immediately, stating that “The world doesn’t stop” during this pandemic and that customers “wanted to get up and running. They bought these systems for a reason and we quickly came together as a team to facilitate their needs.” Flexo Wash began a full campaign of virtual sales, service, installations and trainings all in lieu of the regular face-to-face meetings. These adaptations benefit everyone in the process as it allows for continuous production, all while keeping employees safe.
